- Understanding and developing solutions for client’s outsourcing requirements. This involves responding to clients Request for Proposals and Information – RFP/RFI with pricing
- Participate in workshops/ pre-sales efforts onsite as and when required
- Assist the onsite sales team in approaching prospective clients by performing background research on client
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements.
- Good documentation skills, communication skills and presentation skills are a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skill
